The problems of conserving aquatic and terrestrial biological resources—marine and freshwater fisheries as well as hunted animal species—are becoming increasingly important. The key questions are the strengthening of control over their hunting, the rehabilitation and acclimatization of new species, and the maintenance of the ecological balance in the habitat. The most important aspects are also the census and inventory of biological resources habitats and the improvement of hunting areas, fishing farms, and other facilities.

Amongst all this activity, a significant role can be played by the use of remote sensing data, which allows us to obtain accurate, objective, and promptly updated information on a variety of environmental condition parameters based on the thematic analysis.

The information support of the hunting resources, sites, and commercial species habitats analysis can be carried out on the local, regional, and federal levels.
